Recruiting Coordinator, Amazon University Talent Acquisition

As a recruiting coordinator in the Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with AUTA full lifecycle recruiters, establish direct connections with candidates, and provide them with their first impression of Amazon and an excellent candidate experience. Meanwhile, you will gain opportunities and challenges in building outstanding talent organizations for internal customers.
This is a 6-month fixed-term position.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Update candidate information in recruitment systems
2. Schedule phone and on-site interviews
3. Provide feedback and process follow-up to candidates via phone and email
4. Track recruitment activities and assist with weekly reports
5. Provide suggestions for improving candidate experience and interview efficiency
6. Assist with other recruitment activities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree (graduated or expected graduation in 2025)
2. 3+ months of recruitment or HR experience in a fast-paced environment
3. Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English (verbal and written)
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

1. Proactive and eager to learn
2. Ability to handle multiple tasks, strong adaptability, and capable of managing work pressure
3. High attention to detail and well-organized
