Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Stockport, SK4
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
Are you an ambitious, energetic professional looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Qualified Home Manager to lead a well-established Nursing & Residential Care service that provides comprehensive care to residents across multiple locations in England and Wales.
About the Role:
As a Nurse Registered Home Manager, you will use your extensive expertise to develop and enhance the home’s operations, actively leading your team to deliver exceptional care standards. With substantial experience and excellent people management skills, you will build strong relationships with your team, residents, their families, and the local community. Working in line with regulatory compliance, you will aim to elevate the service’s CQC rating from ‘GOOD’ to its full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a team to deliver person-centered care.
* Maintain and exceed care standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care and service.
* Build effective relationships with residents, their families, and external partners.
* Drive continuous improvement to achieve the home’s full potential.
Requirements:
* Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN)
* Minimum Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
* Proven experience managing a 40+ bed care home specializing in Dementia and General Nursing care
* Strong clinical and operational background
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
* A proactive leader with excellent communication and team-building skills
* Passionate about delivering outstanding care with a resident-first approach
