Main duties of the job
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure thatsystems, structures and processes that are in place are delivering the smoothand efficient day to day running of the site. Directly responsible forsupporting the Patient Services Managers and their colleagues, to ensure wedeliver excellent services and care for our patients.

Job responsibilities
* Providing cover and assistance to the Patient ServicesAdvisors as and when required
* Moving resources in the moment to ensure thatcontact volume is met with the correct level of resource.
* You will work closely with the Patient ServicesManagers to ensure that all site daily tasks are carried out, including, butnot limited to:
o Sortingon-site IT issues
o Completionof administrative tasks within the practice
o Upholdingof company standards.
* Maintaining excellent communication across thesite and with others in Aspiro
* Helping the Patient Services Managers implementnew processes and procedures and supporting the team during the implementation phase.
* Taking a positive active and / or administrativerole in site meetings where required
* Assisting the reception team with their roleproviding help and support where required, assisting with training, and takingnote and acting on feedback from colleagues.
* Promoting and demonstrating excellent customerservice
* Supporting colleagues to maintain an efficient,hardworking and friendly working environment
* Able to handle verbal complaints.
* Helping the Patient Services Managers byanticipating potential problems such as shortages of staff, appointmentavailability and potential room availability issues
* Providing reception / telephone call cover whererequired
* Ordering stock and keeping an overview of stocklevels to ensure a sufficient supply
* Having an overview of the upkeep of noticeboards and general reception / waiting areas to ensure there is up to dateinformation and that general housekeeping is to the correct standard
* Assisting in the induction and training of newstaff
* Helping to monitor and oversee the annual reviewbooking required for Quality Outcomes Framework and other enhanced services

Person Specification
Experience
* 2+ years experience of working in customer service
* 2+ years experience of working in a leadership role
* Experience of working in a healthcare setting
Qualifications
* GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths

* Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
* Able to think and react quickly in unforeseen situations
* Be a well-presented and motivated individual who always maintains a high level of professionalism
* Able to work both independently and within a great team
