Business Development Manager role

Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include:
1. Market research
2. Developing and implementing sales strategies
3. Negotiating contracts
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
Qualifications:
1. Strong sales and negotiation skills
2. Experience in market research and business strategy development
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Knowledge of the shading, decorative, and acoustic systems industry is a plus
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
8. Willingness to travel as needed
