Overview:
The Gaming Supervisor at our client's casino is responsible for overseeing multiple gaming tables, ensuring compliance, coaching dealers, and proactively resolving customer disputes. This role requires a minimum of four years' experience in table supervision and a Personal Functional Licence (PFL).
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage multiple tables and game types, ensuring compliance with business expectations
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive service culture
Coach and develop dealers to enhance gaming efficiency and professionalism
Ensure game protection by identifying and reporting suspicious activity and major play actions
Handle first-level dispute resolution and proactively address potential issues
Monitor customer play levels and identify high-value players
Oversee and conduct gaming transactions accurately and in line with company procedures
Maintain compliance with gaming legislation, responsible gaming policies, anti-money laundering, data protection, and health & safety regulations
Deputise for the Pit Boss as required
