Role Overview
The Office Manager will beresponsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management ofboth the Shoreditch office and our North Woolwich Depot. This roleinvolves overseeing administrative tasks coordinating betweenlocations and supporting various departments to ensure operationalexcellence. The ideal candidate will be a detailorientedmultitasking professional with strong communication andproblemsolving skills thriving in a dynamic and fastpacedenvironment. They should have at least 23 years of experience inoffice management within a busy environment. They should beflexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Ideally they possess friendly and approachable demeanour making theoffice and the depot a welcoming environment for all employees andvisitors.
This role is primarily inperson andthe candidate must be willing to travel in between the twolocations on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities
Office and DepotManagement:
* Ensure smoothdaytoday operations at both the Shoreditch office and the NorthWoolwich depot
* Manage office supplies inventoryand procurement as well as equipment for bothsites
* Be the point of contact and liaise withfacility management and service providers for maintenance andrepairs asneeded
Coordination andCommunication:
* Play a keyrole in employee onboarding including welcoming new hires managingbuilding access preparing merchandise and techequipments
* Serve as a point of contact betweenthe Shoreditch office and the North Woolwichdepot
* Organise and coordinate company eventsteam lunches onsite customermeetings
AdministrativeSupport:
* Provideadministrative support to all departments as required by theexecutive team
* Arrange travels andaccommodation for executives
* Handle outgoingmail and packages
* Assist with diverse projectsand initiatives such as office redesigns and environmentalcertificationschemes
FinancialAdministration:
* Handleinvoicing billing and petty cash management for assigned costcentres
* Manage office expenses and ensurecosteffectiveness
