Job Description
* Provide administrative support to senior management
* Manage diaries and organise meetings
* Prepare reports and presentations
* Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
* Coordinate office procedures
* Respond to emails and document requests
* Prepare travel arrangements and itineraries
* Maintain office supplies inventory
The Successful Applicant
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
* Previous experience in a Personal Assistant role
