* Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and support store operations

* Stay up-to-date with company initiatives, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards

Requirements:

To be successful as a Store Manager at Starbucks, you will need:

* A strong background in retail management or a related field with proven leadership experience
