You will play a key role in bridging the gap between research & development (R&D) data and business insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs, analyse data, and recommend actionable solutions to drive operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. You will work with various stakeholders within R&D to ensure data-driven approaches are effectively utilized for enhancing processes and maximizing business value. How You Will Contribute You will: Partner with R&D teams and cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable insights. Collaborate with R&D and IT to ensure that business needs are being met through efficient data processes, models, and systems. Help to create reports and dashboards that provide clear, concise insights to non-technical stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of automation tools and platforms that can streamline business operations within R&D. Work with R&D to ensure that data solutions are aligned with broader organizational strategies and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing organizational efficiency and productivity. What You Will Bring Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into data-driven solutions. Proficiency in writing user stories and facilitating user feedback loops. Assisting with facilitating workshops and kick off meetings across multiple internal teams. A good understanding of data analysis techniques and tools to derive actionable insights. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including R&D and IT Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams and functions. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Experience working in a research and development (R&D) environment is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI is a plus) Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date on best practices in data analysis and business processes.
