Business Development Manager
Salary:
£25,000 - £40,000 P/A basic salary with uncapped bonus structure and potential for yearly salary increase based on performance and attitude.
Omnia Machinery Group are looking for highly ambitious, money-driven salespeople to join a young, dynamic team in the heavy equipment industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact construction firms across the UK and Europe to find out what they have for sale. We handle the sale of equipment for companies ranging from millions to billions of pounds in turnover, so expect to be involved in high-level deals from the outset.
2. Negotiate terms and pricing for the purchase of the machinery.
3. Monitor and manage the sales process to ensure successful transactions.
4. Meet customers regularly, with all expenses paid travel, if a customer wants to inspect your machine.
Requirements:
There are no formal requirements or qualifications for this role, but we do require an enthusiastic mindset and the willingness to pick up the phone and have a conversation with someone – the rest we can teach. Experience in the construction or plant industries is beneficial, however not mandatory.
