Hays are working with a successful business in Telford who are looking for an experienced Part time Payroll Coordinator to join their team. The role is for 24 hours per week, which can either be 3 full days or 4 or 5 shorter days.
Your new role
You will be working within the HR and Payroll team and your duties will include:
* Payroll for 250 monthly paid employees using a time & attendance system
* Processing payroll and resolving any queries
* Pensions administration
* Processing starters and leavers information
* Reporting and analysis
* SSP and SMP
* Assisting with audits
What you'll need to succeed
You should be experienced in Payroll, organised, methodical and self-motivated. You should have excellent attention to detail, the ability to communicate well and work within a small friendly team.
