THE ROLE:
The HR Advisor is the stand alone lead HR person responsible for everything HR related in the business, including ER, Talent/Rec/Onboarding, Absence management, Performance Management, Data reporting, Labour Planning, Training, Coaching, and strategic HR working with senior stakeholders.
This role offers a great opportunity to take full responsibility for HR in the business and work at all levels.
THE CANDIDATE:
1. CIPD 5 (would consider working towards)
2. Strong ER background (capable of complex ER)
3. Strong operational HR background and capable at working at all levels across a busy business
4. Good IT skills
5. Excellent communicator
6. Capable of working in a stand alone HR role with full HR responsibility across a site / business
