The Resourcing Group is urgently seeking a Lifecycle Project Manager to join a Global FM Service provider on this complex and rewarding contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major lifecycle projects and contribute to the success of the company.
Position: Lifecycle Project Manager

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the facilities management or building services industry.
HNC equivalent or higher in building or engineering discipline.
Experience of managing projects from inception to completion (ideally with knowledge of RIBA stages)
Experience of managing consultants and contractors.
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee major M&E and building fabric projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Conducting thorough inspections and implementing effective resolution plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
Implement robust health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.This is an urgent requirement, and we are seeking qualified candidates who can hit the ground running.
