Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our national accounts sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents and reports.
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
3. Maintain customer records and update databases to ensure all information is current.
4. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
5. Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing timely assistance and follow-up on leads.
6. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
7. Report recurring issues and customer feedback to relevant teams to prevent potential churn and improve customer experience.
Skills
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
5. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
6. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,390.00-£32,000.00 per year
