* £30,000 - £35,000 per year

The role of HR Advisor:
* Collaborating with Senior Managers and Directors to enhance communication at every stage of the employee journey.
* Creating job descriptions and managing recruitment processes via our ATS.
* Carrying out right to work and other pre-employment checks.
* Overseeing onboarding and induction processes, ensuring candidates feel welcomed and informed.
* Conducting regular employee satisfaction surveys and managing the probation processes.
* Ensuring the appraisals process is followed.
* Developing training programmes to address skills gaps and promote continuous learning.
* Managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to managers.
* Working on any ad-hoc projects as required.
The ideal HR Advisor:
* Previous experience in a similar HR generalist role, ideally in a standalone position.
* Experience of managing the full employee life cycle.
* Excellent communication skills with an open and engaging personality.
* Strong attention to detail and superb organisational skills.
* Proactive and diplomatic, with the ability to foster trust across all levels of the organisation.
* CIPD Level 5
