Salary: £60,000-70,000
Location: Hybrid options with offices Nationwide (Including London, Birmingham, Manchester)
This prestigious £Multi-Billion FTSE-100 FMCG firm is enjoying continued success and frequently re-investing in their award-winning procurement function. They now seek a specialist in procurement performance, analysis and insights to drive meaningful change and deliver commercial value across their GNFR procurement categories. You will work collaboratively with the Procurement Leadership team and Category teams, focusing on data, insights, and performance to maximise their approach to continuous improvement, providing an opportunity where you can make a real impact.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing data and insights across the procurement lifecycle process, reporting on performance to key stakeholders, and providing actionable insights from internal data systems.
Additionally, you will lead and support a team to deliver high-quality insights and reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrate technical competence in data analysis tools, and effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders. Your success will be measured by the accuracy and robustness of your reporting, the strength of relationships with stakeholders, your alignment with company values, and your ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee data and insights across the procurement lifecycle process of all GNFR spend areas, across a £Multi-Billion spend
2. Report on Procurement and Supplier Management performance to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights from internal data systems
3. Ensure the accuracy of reporting processes and drive continuous improvement
4. Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality insights and reporting
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
6. Demonstrate technical competence in data analysis tools.
