Requirements:
* Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN): Must hold a valid NMC PIN.
* Experience in Dementia Care: Prior experience in dementia or similar care settings is preferred.
* Clinical Proficiency: Skilled in medication administration, health monitoring, and care planning.
* Strong Communication Skills: Capable of interacting compassionately and effectively with residents, families, and the care team.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide Personalized Nursing Care: Deliver individualised, high-quality nursing care that supports the unique needs of residents with dementia, promoting both physical and emotional well-being.
* Medication Administration and Clinical Procedures: Safely administer medications and perform essential clinical procedures in line with established care plans.
* Health Monitoring and Response: Monitor residents' health closely, responding swiftly to changes and collaborating with the care team to make adjustments as needed.
* Family and Resident Support: Build positive relationships with residents and their families, offering support, regular updates, and compassionate communication.
* Accurate Record Keeping: Document all care activities clearly and thoroughly, meeting regulatory standards and the home’s policies.
