A bit about what you will do...
* Ensure the housekeeping team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
* Be a hands-on and visible leader to the team, motivating them with your passion for hospitality and desire to improve.
* Guide the Housekeeping team to ensure company brand standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
* Support departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
* Manage staffing levels to cover business demands.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
* Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually looking to improve.
* Deputise in the absence of Head Housekeeper.

* Proven experience in managing, coaching, challenging and developing teams.

* Ability to use initiative in challenging situations and under pressure.
* A smart and professional appearance.
* Proven track record in a similar position within a 5-star hotel.
* Experience in conducting departmental and Health and Safety training.
* Proficient in computer and financial skills.
* Excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
