Service Advisor
Gluyas Motor Group is privileged to be expanding our team and looking for an additional Service Advisor to strengthen our team. We have a team of ten mechanics and currently have two service advisors ensuring everything runs smoothly. Due to our growth, and one of our advisors looking to step back to part-time, we have the opportunity to expand our team of Service Advisors to 3. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and enjoyable team. This is a full-time role, where you will be responsible for:
1. Answering incoming inquiries via phone and other digital platforms
2. Creating quotes and invoicing repairs
3. Coordinating day-to-day operating processes
4. Reporting results of vehicle inspections to customers
5. Ensuring our customers have the best possible experience.
This is an opportunity for an experienced mechanic looking to apply their skills in an administrative, customer-centric manner, or for someone who comes from a customer service background, is a quick learner, and able to bring positivity and efficiency to a fast-moving environment.
Prerequisite skills:
1. Fast learning
2. Automotive knowledge (advantageous)
3. Ability to work in a team
