Senior Charity Recruiter
Location: Crayford, Kent (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £41,000 - £46,000 per annum (depending on experience)

My client is a leading national charity dedicated to supporting those living with allergic conditions. They are looking for a Head of Communications and Advocacy to lead efforts in raising awareness, influencing policy, and driving change.

About the Role
As Head of Communications and Advocacy, you will:
* Lead and implement an integrated communications and advocacy strategy.
* Oversee media relations, press, PR, digital marketing, and public affairs campaigns.
* Influence policy and stakeholder engagement to drive systemic change for those affected.
* Develop high-impact campaigns, including an upcoming 18-month national campaign.
* Work closely with senior leadership, including reporting to the Chief Executive.
* Manage a team of communications, PR, and policy professionals.

* A dynamic leader with experience in communications, PR, or advocacy.
* Proven success in developing multi-channel campaigns and influencing policy.
* Excellent communication skills, including media engagement and stakeholder management.
* A passion for making a tangible difference in public health and allergy awareness.
