The Opportunity:
As The Channel Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role within the Omnichannel Strategy & Operations organization. You will define and execute a strategic vision for digital engagement across the web, social media, email, and other non-personal promotion (NPP) channels. This includes leading the strategy and deployment of a global Healthcare Professional (HCP) Service platform while identifying high-impact opportunities to optimize current digital channels such as websites, apps, email, and SEO.

Key activities for this role:
* Lead the strategic direction and deployment governance of a global HCP Service platform, ensuring alignment with the broader omnichannel strategy and a superior user experience.
* Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities in partnership with other lead roles (e.g. Journey Orchestration Lead) within current channels, including websites, email, apps, mobile optimization, and SEO, leveraging insights from performance data and market trends.
* Develop targeted social media strategies to enhance engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and drive compliant, impactful communications.
* Build and execute comprehensive Non-Personal Promotion strategies leveraging email, paid media, and programmatic advertising to complement broader customer engagement plans.
* Partner with Digital X, Omnichannel services, and third-party vendors to deploy scalable, compliant solutions that address global and regional needs.
* Work closely with brand marketing, medical affairs, and Change Management teams to align digital strategies with overarching business goals.
* Ensure robust training and change management initiatives to support the rollout and adoption of platforms and strategies globally.
* Extensive experience in digital marketing, channel strategy, or related roles, with a focus on non-personal promotion.
* Proven success in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, including leading large-scale global projects.
* Strong expertise in optimizing performance across channels such as websites, apps, email, mobile, and SEO.
* Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics across paid, earned, and owned channels.
* Significant content platform technology experience including strategy, and operations across multiple platforms.
* Brand marketing experience ideally including digital strategy, digital marketing, and other multi-channel and content delivery roles.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related fields or equivalent.
Additional Information:
* This is a permanent, full-time position.
* Position is based in Addlestone, UK.
* This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per month in our Addlestone office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
