Purchase Ledger Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our accounting team as a Purchase Ledger Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the Group Accountant.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, including purchase ledger management, invoicing, and credit control. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate records, ensure timely payments, and provide regular updates to the Group Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credits.
* Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
* Provide administrative support to the Group Accountant, including preparing reports, responding to queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Develop and implement effective credit control procedures to minimize bad debts and ensure timely payments.
