The role:
Opportunity for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate 1-5 years PQE looking to join a high-quality practice in Exeter.
The successful candidate will be exposed to a broad and stimulating mix of work across commercial landlord and tenant disputes, asset management, and complex strategic matters. Your responsibilities will cover the full spectrum of property-related issues, such as:
* Business lease renewals and opposition to renewal
* Short residential tenancies and long leasehold enfranchisement
* Rent recovery, service charges, and dilapidations
* Telecommunications, forfeiture, and possession claims
* Adverse possession, easements, restrictive covenants
* Land registration, options, sale and purchase contracts, and more
The team advises in contentious or uncertain situations and represents clients in court, property tribunals, arbitrations, expert determinations, and mediations. The team will provide you with comprehensive training and supervision to help you develop your expertise.
