* Triage of Incoming Work: Assess and prioritise incoming referrals to adult social care, ensuring that urgent cases are identified and addressed promptly.
* Safeguarding Decision Making: Make informed decisions regarding safeguarding concerns, ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults.
* Allocation of Work: Distribute cases and tasks among team members based on their skills and workload, ensuring an efficient and balanced distribution of work.
* Supervision and Support: Provide both informal and formal supervision to team members, offering guidance, support, and feedback to enhance their professional development.
* Team Management: Support the day-to-day operations of the Initial Response Team, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Post-qualified experience
