This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organized professional to play a crucial role in supporting the school's administrative functions. Key Responsibilities as a SEND School Admin: School Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations. SEND Support: Assist with documentation and coordination of SEND-related processes. Database Management: Maintain and update student records, attendance, and reports. Communication: Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies regarding SEND matters. Safeguarding Compliance: Ensure all records are maintained in line with safeguarding and GDPR guidelines. Requirements for the Role: School Admin Experience: Prior experience in a school administration role is essential. SEND Knowledge: Understanding of SEND processes and requirements is preferred. IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems (e.g., SIMS or Arbor). Strong Communication: Ability to engage effectively with staff, parents, and external agencies.
