About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join our team at Amnis Education.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work under the guidance of the Centre Manager to support teaching staff in working with young people and those with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
* To help raise pupils' standards of achievement and enable them to become independent learners.
* To play a proactive role in positive behaviour management and interact with pupils to promote a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
* Experience working with young people and those with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
* Ability to work under the guidance of the Centre Manager and support teaching staff.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
