Main Duties of the Job
Join our Mobile Dental Services team as an Administrative Support based at Colchester Primary Care Centre.
The post holder will play a crucial role in supporting the Mobile Lead with administrative tasks related to contracts and patient bookings across our service areas. This position requires excellent communication skills, a methodical approach, and the ability to deliver prompt and accurate customer service.
The post holder will collaborate closely with mobile units, venues, and patients for bookings. Address queries from participants, parents, and venue teams, ensuring clear and effective communication. Maintain confidentiality and foster professional relationships with CDS colleagues and external agencies.
Assist in organizing mobile dental sessions, including processing and delivering paperwork. Work as part of a team to book patients for mobile visits and manage appointment diaries. Prepare reports, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance with Information Governance guidelines.
