Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Kendal, Cumbria. As a Support Worker, you will work with our service users to provide practical and emotional support, enabling them to manage their daily lives and achieve their goals.
About the Job
This is a permanent, part-time position, working 20 hours per week. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing individualised support to service users, tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
* Assisting service users to develop independent living skills, including cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
* Facilitating access to community resources, such as education, employment, and leisure activities.
