We are searching for enthusiastic and dynamic Health Visitors and School Nurses to influence the transformation of the Healthy Child Programme offer in York. Rated Good by CQC, working as a Health Visitor and School Nurse in York offers a great opportunity to be proactive in the delivery of the Healthy Child programme whilst providing a high-quality service to clients.

Main duties of the job
As part of the Healthy Child Service team, you will be working alongside a range of partners providing support to children, young people and families across the Family Hub Network. The roles are based in Family Hubs across the city and there may be the opportunity for some home/hybrid working. We provide all of our contacts with children and families in person and encourage office presence to support team morale.
