At Derby Road Practice we pride ourselves in being a well-established, friendly, flexible, forward-thinking primary care team. As part of Suffolk Primary Care, we look after over 18,700 patients. We have 2 sites, based in the heart of Ipswich, with close travel links to the beautiful Suffolk countryside and the Suffolk coast.
We are looking to recruit an ANP / ACP / Paramedic to join our team of 1 ANP nurse manager, 3 ANPs, 1 paramedic, 3 practice nurses, 1 apprentice nursing associate, and 2 HCAs.
The role is offered up to full time; however, part-time hours will be considered. If you are right for us, we will make it right for you.
Over the last few years, we have developed our unique GP-PA hub, a team of highly skilled care navigators and duty doctors working together to triage all incoming requests.
We use the Ask My GP online consultation service allowing us to manage our own workload with control over face-to-face appointment lengths and timings.
We have a large multi-skilled multidisciplinary team of ANPs, a paramedic, pharmacists, and pharmacy tech to support the wider clinical team.
We were recently rated outstanding in Well Led and Good in all other areas by CQC.
We have a high level of QOF achievement.
We have an efficient care navigation and administrative team to support all the staff in patient care.
We offer competitive rates of pay with regular reviews.
Please get in touch and let us know how we could work together.
