Role Overview As a Commercial Client Advisor, you will provide quality service and technical advice to commercial clients, handling new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments. You'll work closely with Account Executives and insurers to find the best solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Assess client insurance needs and secure suitable policies Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims support Provide technical administration across all commercial insurance policies Liaise with insurers and negotiate terms on behalf of clients Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures About You Experience in general insurance, preferably within a brokerage Strong communication and relationship-building skills Computer literacy and numeracy skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working within a regulatory framework or FCA compliance is desirable CII qualification or willingness to obtain it is advantageous What's On Offer?
