Main Duties & Responsibilities: Performing remote and onsite assessments of client's management systems. Performing remote and onsite assessments of client's design and manufacturing controls and processes. Supporting customers to ensure their products are compliant with certification requirements. Presenting findings to clients and senior management, clearly explaining the requirements and timescales. Tracking and closing findings with clients and senior management, where appropriate. Documenting audit results and observations, and updating supporting documentation. Working closely with the certification operational team to ensure customers' compliance with certification requirements. Attending technical committee meetings, client meetings, and industry committees. Delivering training to clients.
