Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
* Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and guests.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
* Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and ordering of food and equipment.
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Plan and host special events and promotions to increase restaurant visibility and revenue.
Essential Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and management skills.
