What we’re looking for: Registered General Nurse (RGN) Qualification: With a valid and clear UK NMC Pin. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, such as a Ward Manager or managing a large team. Mentorship Qualification: Possess a mentorship qualification, with the ability to guide and develop staff. Key Responsibilities Lead and Manage Nursing Staff: Lead, manage, and support a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Mentorship and Role Modelling: Act as a mentor and role model, fostering a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion. Care Plan Development: Develop, implement, and regularly review care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Care Plan Adherence: Ensure care plans meet the needs and preferences of residents while adhering to best practices. Medication and Treatment Oversight: Oversee the administration of medications and treatments, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Clinical Standards Monitoring: Monitor and maintain high standards of clinical care in line with healthcare regulations. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with healthcare professionals, residents, families, and external agencies to deliver holistic and coordinated care.
