About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our recruitment efforts through strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Director for our Recruitment & Supply Division, this hybrid role is based in our vibrant Central London office, and will require regular travel to our branch locations across England and Wales. You'll work closely with our operations teams across Teaching Personnel to understand their recruitment needs, craft innovative solutions, and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that generate leads and drive revenue. From digital campaigns to in-person events, your ability to think creatively and act decisively will be key to excelling in this fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
* Lead the creation and implementation of campaigns to increase brand awareness.
* Drive customer engagement and loyalty and deliver ambitious lead generation targets.
* Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
* Enhance customer journeys using automation.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Business Development, to ensure brand cohesion and message alignment.
* Manage and optimise marketing budgets to maximise ROI on campaign initiatives.
* Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to inform brand strategy and positioning.
* Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring they are followed across the organisation.
* Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
* Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, adjusting campaigns as needed.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to remain innovative.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and relationship-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic setting. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience: A strong background in multi-channel marketing, including digital marketing and event planning, ideally within a recruitment or similarly fast-paced environment.
* Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with our operations teams and external stakeholders.
* Leadership: Ideally experience managing a team, or individuals; however, we are open to those looking to take a step up, who demonstrate leadership potential.
* Agility and Tenacity: A flexible approach to problem-solving, with the drive to innovate and execute new ideas.
* Collaboration: A team player who can lead initiatives and work closely with others to achieve shared goals.
* Travel-Ready: A willingness to travel regularly across England and Wales, embracing the hands-on nature of the role.
* Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; professional qualification (e.g., CIM, CIPD, IDM) is desirable but not essential.
