Overview
A luxury hospitality establishment in London is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join the team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office, delivering exceptional guest experiences while optimising profitability and maintaining high service standards. You will oversee the Front Office team, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to company policies and procedures.
This is a full-time, on-site role requiring flexibility to work in shifts
About the Role
* Supervise Front Office operations to ensure all services are delivered with efficiency and professionalism.
* Maintain high standards of guest experience, handling VIP arrivals and resolving any guest concerns effectively.
* Oversee team schedules to ensure 24-hour coverage of the Front Desk and support other departments as needed.
* Conduct regular checks and audits to maintain service quality and compliance with policies.
* Work closely with department heads to coordinate bookings, guest services, and special requests.
* Lead and develop the Front Office team through training, performance reviews, and ongoing support.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
* 5-star hospitality experience is essential.
* Experience working with Middle Eastern guests is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English
* Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera PMS)
