Job summary We are looking for Health Care Assistants to join our highly skilled and caring Twilight team. You would be working with a qualified nurse to help deliver care to clients in their homes in the evenings. Shifts are 5hrs (19.00-00.00 in the week and 18.00-23.00 at weekends). Experience of working as a carer is essential and community experience is desirable. The service works from 7pm til midnight 7 days per week. Access to a car and ability to drive are required for this role.
