Job Title: Temporary Medical Administrator\n\nLocation: West End, London\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nPay: £14.00 p/h \n\nDays/Hours: 7.5 hour days - 8am - 8pm shifts (8.00 - 3.30, 10.00 - 18.00, 12.00 - 8pm) shifts\n\nStart date: asap - possibly August\n\nFully clinic based Monday - Friday\n\nYou must have knowledge of salesforce \n\nWe are seeking a friendly and organised Medical Administrator a private mental health practice based in Harley Street. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.\n\nAn enhanced DBS check is required for this role to ensure the safety and security of our patients. if you dont have one we will be able to apply for one on your behalf.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nGreet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic/hospital.\nSchedule and manage patient appointments using our electronic health records system.\nAnswer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.\nMaintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.\nProcess patient payments and handle billing inquiries.\nCoordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.\nHandle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.\nPerform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.Requirements:\n\nPrevious experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, in a medical setting.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in using computer systems and office software.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.\nA friendly and approachable demeanour.\nEnhanced DBS check (required).Benefits:\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nOpportunities for professional development and career growth.\nSupportive and collaborative work environment.\nWeekly Pay \n\nPlease email your CV to: holly.barrett \n\nThank you for your interest in this role.
