Brand Representative
MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a leading public sector client to recruit a Brand Executive (12 month FTC) to join the marketing team and support with marketing campaigns and branding activity across the business.
The successful applicant will support the Marketing Managers in the delivery of brand development for a portfolio of brands and products, generating sustainable growth in patronage, revenue and modal share and competitively positioning the company.
Core Responsibilities:
* Manage the development, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive range of brand marketing campaigns; utilising through-the-line advertising, digital marketing, social media, PR, sales promotion, stakeholder engagement/partnerships and new media solutions.
* Support the brand strategy and product development by utilising regular customer satisfaction, brand engagement measurement and ensuring implementation is delivered to specification.
* Manage quality control of brand messaging across the business and a regular programme of brand audits and ongoing engagement.
* Through partnerships, deliver joint marketing programmes which stimulate reasons to travel and opportunities for growth in patronage and revenue.
* Support the development and implementation of corporate fares revisions and fare promotions.
* Support commercial sales and customer engagement programmes that maximise growth in ticketing product sales and promote best value ticket options.
* Support brand marketing at all major public events, maximising growth in patronage and revenue and profiling and promoting and its corporate reputation amongst key influential stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL
* Minimum of a Degree, or equivalent, in Marketing, Communications or Business.
* Minimum of 2 years Brand/Marketing experience on a brand with customer focus.
* Experience of fully integrated marketing programmes including digital marketing tactics.
* Experience of developing campaign briefs, establishing SMART objectives and metrics.
* Experience of developing and implementing innovative marcomms projects.
* Large, complex organisation is defined as having a head count of a minimum of 200 staff with a turnover / gross revenue of £15m
