About Us
The CK Group is recruiting an Analytical Scientist to work with a growing drug development partner. This company specializes in process research and development for manufacturing drug substance and other high-value materials.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the Analytical Lead on customer projects, ensuring quality, integrity, communication, and timely delivery of science.
* Develop and validate analytical methods for small molecule intermediates, API, and drug products using techniques such as LC/GC.
* Solve analytical problems and troubleshoot instruments while working collaboratively as a team.
* Apply digital tools and approaches to deliver fast and efficient process understanding for clients.
* Maintain strong safety standards in the laboratory and ensure compliance with safety principles.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related subject; a PhD is advantageous.
* Experience in analytical science, with expertise in a field applied to the development of pharmaceutical products or related chemical industries.
* Proven ability to develop scientifically sound and robust methods of analysis using HPLC, GC, and other related techniques.
* Experience in writing clear reports from complex analytical data, drawing clear conclusions, and communicating in technical language.
* Knowledge of chromatographic data systems from Agilent, Waters, Thermo, Shimadzu, and others.
* Familiarity with synthetic chemistry, physical organic, and/or catalysis would be beneficial.
* Well-developed data management and visualization skills.
* Good knowledge of applicable standards and an understanding of HSSE.
