About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Cedar Court Residential and Nursing Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Support residents with their medication, meals, and mobility
* Engage residents in leisure and social activities, promoting their mental and emotional well-being
* Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

* A competitive hourly rate of £11.90
* 33 hours available per week, including night shifts

Requirements
* Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work flexibly, including night shifts
