GENERAL SUMMARY: You will be responsible for generating new business contacts giving an initial overview our products & services and ensuring the regular and systematic follow up of opportunities to maximize opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Informing and educating customers about the benefits of purchasing from our portfolio of products and answering any follow-up questions they have.
• Outbound calls to potential prospects to generate interest • Develop relationships with NEW & existing customers by providing support, information and guidance • Ensuring the regular and systematic follow up of leads / opportunities to maximise order in-put potential
• Primary contact for all customer enquiries where any related sales administration tasks will be processed accordingly to procedure i.e. quotations, despatch paperwork, system specification processing, complaints, product returns etc.
• Maintain accurate customer records, recording and retaining information in a structured and timely manner whilst researching all allocated / self-generated leads to identify potential opportunities utilising CRM
• General admin duties for the Management team / Sales & Marketing Team’s including some reporting duties as needed • Order entry processing inclusive of contract review alongside maintaining / updating customer records
