Seeking Retirement Plan Administrators for Prime Pensions Inc to start this summer.
We are a Third Party Administration and Consulting firm in New Jersey. We provide administration, compliance, and consulting services to small-medium sized businesses sponsoring Qualified Retirement Plans for their employees.
Our firm has a reputation for service, quality, and expertise in the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of retirement plans.
The position will provide administration, regulatory compliance, and customer service for our clients’ 401(k) Plans, Profit Sharing Plans, and Cash Balance Plans.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Four year college degree with a focus in Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Finance and/or Economics
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat software
3. Acute attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work
4. Strong math and research skills
5. Critical thinking skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
8. Ability to work independently and also collaborate as part of a team
9. Effective time management, project management and organizational skills
10. Ability to exercise sound judgment
11. Highly motivated and results focused
