As a Tutorial Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the college's academic administration. You will handle a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of tutorial and academic processes. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the heart of Cambridge (please note, there is no parking available).

As the Tutorial Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of tutorial operations within the College. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Coordinating tutorial schedules and managing communications between students, tutors, and faculty.
Supporting academic staff with administrative needs, including record-keeping and preparation of materials.
Assisting with student enquiries and ensuring efficient resolution of any issues.
Maintaining accurate databases and records, including student assessments and attendance logs.
Preparing documentation for meetings and minute-taking where necessary.
Liaising with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration across College functions.
Upholding the College's values of excellence and discretion in all aspects of your work.
The ideal candidate will bring energy, adaptability, and a meticulous approach to this busy and rewarding role. You should have:
Previous experience working in an administrative capacity within a Cambridge College or University (preferred).
A degree-level education.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
Strong IT proficiency, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management.
A tenacious attitude and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
A professional demeanor and a high level of discretion.

Salary: £31,500
