We operate nationwide, recruiting for the UK’s largest civil engineering projects, including Crossrail, HS2, Thames Tideway, and the Trans-Pennine Upgrade. The Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality Trades & Labour candidates to support our clients’ recruitment needs. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and database searches.

Conducting initial telephone interviews to assess candidates’ experience, qualifications, and suitability.

Maintaining and updating candidate records in the CRM system.
*
Coordinating interviews and managing the candidate journey from initial contact through to placement.
*
Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
*
Working closely with Recruitment Team to meet client requirements efficiently.

Supporting compliance and administration processes to ensure all candidates meet necessary legal and industry standards.
