Job Title: SEO and Content Executive
Reports to: Head of Acquisition
Employment type: Full time permanent, 35 hours, Monday to Friday
Based: Hybrid with one day a week in out Burntwood head office
Salary: Up to £32k DOE
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, the SEO and Content Executive is responsible for working with our SEO agency to deliver competitive search performance and website optimisation at every stage of the acquisition journey. This is an exciting and varied role that will deliver a programme of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, conversion rate optimisation and content generation, alongside general website management.

Responsibilities
5. Work with the Head of Acquisition to define and deliver SEO strategies and activity, including keywords and phrases, content and reviews, to ensure that Busy Bees is competing effectively in search and meets KPIs.
6. Lead on conversion rate optimisation programmes, performance, and analysis, at every stage to support ROI and KPIs.
7. Work with the paid media manager, web developers and agencies to optimise website performance, content, compliance and KPIs, including traffic, UX and conversion rates.
8. Stay ahead of consumer, industry, and technical trends and developments, proposing and managing recommended actions.
9. Work closely with the Brand & PR team to ensure all acquisition activity is aligned with the Busy Bees brand.
10. Support the Paid Media Manager to optimise the relationship between SEO and paid media, particularly PPC and social media.
11. Identify, manage, and optimise opportunities through directory listing platforms that benefit search and conversion performance.
12. Track identified keywords and report on organic performance, proactively reporting on SEO performance against KPIs, including successes and improvements, trends, opportunities and emerging risks, and making actionable recommendations.
13. Lead on the strategy and activity for review platforms, working with other departments, to ensure review scores and KPIs are met.
14. Take a forensic approach to SEO and CRO at a centre-by-centre level, to ensure every centre is optimised for lead generation.
15. Manage and monitor agency and third-party partners effectively to maximise ROI and secure advantageous organic search performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are delivered.
16. Champion SEO as the in-house expert, ensuring that activity is understood and reported on
17. Make website content changes as required.
18. Any other ad hoc projects and responsibilities assigned by the Head of Acquisition.

20. Demonstratable prior experience in delivering high performing SEO and CRO activity.
