As a Telesales Team Leader based in Milton Keynes, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Ensuring the department is focused on revenue generation through customer ledger ownership, contract conversion, and customer onboarding.
2. Leading, motivating, and developing the Business Development Team.
3. Contributing new and innovative ideas for change in processes where needed and to build/ensure the framework of the team is consistently adhered to.
4. Being passionate to grow the business and secure additional sales.
5. Working closely with the Sales and Service Manager to build solutions and new possibilities of revenue generation.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
1. Prior experience managing a small team.
2. Strong communication skills with a passion for achieving results and delivering excellent customer service.
3. Previous experience within Telesales.
