Working within a busy Customer Service department for an International Logistics company, this role will involve handling all customer queries, monitoring POD service performance, and booking collections and deliveries.
Duties will include:
1. Communicating with customers, internal departments, and overseas offices via email and telephone.
2. Resolving any customer queries.
3. Providing customer quotations.
4. Monitoring the status of shipments and keeping customers updated.
Our client is looking for a motivated candidate with previous experience within a customer service role and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Working hours: Mon - Fri 0900 - 1700
Salary: £24K - £26K
