A Day in the Life of a Branch Manager
* Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss goals and strategies
* Coach and mentor your team to achieve KPIs and personal development
* Monitor and assess individual performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
* Foster a team-oriented and positive working environment
* Focus on generating new business and maintaining repeat business
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and key stakeholders
* Arrange property viewings and liaise with prospective buyers to ensure a smooth experience
* Negotiate offers and agree on sales, ensuring client satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain the highest business standards
Essential Skills & Experience
* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Minimum of 2 year's experience in Estate Agency, ideally in a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer, or higher position
* Ability to work effectively with others, building a positive and productive team spirit
* Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strategic thinking with the ability to create and execute business plans tailored to the branch's needs
* Knowledge of the local market and ability to monitor competitor activity
* Strong understanding of estate agency legislation and compliance
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle high volumes of work
* A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work under your own initiative
* Excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy
