HR Business Partner role based in the Peak District on a permanent contract Client Details The client is a leading construction/manufacturing business Description Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of employee relations, recruitment etc. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people strategy and workforce planning. Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practices, maintaining a high standard of ethical and inclusive practices. Support wider HR team with people projects Profile Proven experience in a strategic HR role Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
